Frank Fertitta is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fertitta Entertainment LLC and Station Casinos LLC. Frank has been Chairman of the Board of Station Casinos since February 1993, Chief Executive Officer since July 1992 and President since 2008. Frank also served as President of Station Casinos, Inc. from 1989 until July 2000. Frank has held senior management positions since 1985, when he was named General Manager of Palace Station. Frank was elected a director of Station Casinos in 1986, at which time he was also appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In these roles Frank has been responsible for growing the company from a single property into one of the largest gaming companies in the U.S. with 18 properties in Las Vegas. As Chairman and CEO, Frank oversees all company operations including marketing, legal and finance and also directs planning and operations for the ongoing growth of Station Casinos. He was responsible for orchestrating the sale of the company in 2007 to Colony Capital at a total valuation of over $9.1 billion. Frank is also a co-owner of Zuffa, LLC which is the parent company of the Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®), a martial arts promotion organization. Frank is involved in numerous charitable activities in Southern Nevada, including Catholic Charities and the Las Vegas Chapter of the I Have a Dream Foundation. Frank completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California.




Lorenzo Fertitta is currently Vice Chairman of Fertitta Entertainment and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Zuffa, LLC, which owns the premier Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) organization the Ultimate Fighting Championship® (UFC®). As Chairman and CEO, Lorenzo oversees all company operations including marketing, production, legal and finance and also directs planning and operations for the ongoing global expansion of the UFC brand.

From June 2000 to 2008, Lorenzo served as President of Station Casinos, Inc., one of the largest gaming companies in the US. Before becoming President of Station in June 2000, Lorenzo was President and Chief Executive Officer of Fertitta Enterprises, Inc., a private investment firm that owns and manages securities, real estate and other business ventures. In 1995, Lorenzo acquired controlling interest in the Gordon Biersch Brewing Company, Inc., and in 1997, became its President and Chief Executive Officer.

From 1996 until July 2000, Lorenzo was a member of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, the sanctioning body responsible for the management and control of all combative sporting events held within the State of Nevada. In 1999, Lorenzo was appointed Vice-Chair, becoming the youngest person in the Commission's history to hold this title.

Lorenzo graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego and with a Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.



EVP, Chief Financial Officer

Marc Falcone is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for both Station Casinos LLC and Fertitta Entertainment LLC. Marc has served as Chief Financial Officer of Fertitta Entertainment since the company's inception in November 2009. From June 2008 to October 2009, Marc worked at Goldman Sachs Whitehall Division, focusing on investing and restructuring the fund's hospitality, gaming and real estate investments.

From May 2006 to June 2008, Marc was a Senior Analyst at Magnetar Capital, LLC (an alternative asset management firm), with principal responsibilities for public and private equity and debt investments for the gaming, lodging, leisure, and real estate industries. Prior to joining Magnetar, Marc was a Managing Director for Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., from 2002 to 2006, covering the gaming, lodging and leisure industries and was recognized as one of the industry's top equity research analysts. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Marc worked as a Managing Director for Bear Stearns and Co., also covering the gaming, lodging, and leisure industries.

Marc has contributed to several major industry publications, has appeared on CNBC and CNN, and has been regularly quoted in several major newspapers, magazines and financial publications worldwide.

Marc completed his undergraduate studies at the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.




Rich Haskins is currently Executive Vice President and General Counsel for both Station Casinos LLC and Fertitta Entertainment LLC. Rich joined Station Casinos' legal department in 1995 as General Counsel of Midwest Operations. Thereafter, he served in various legal positions with the company prior to being appointed as Executive Vice President and General Counsel in July 2004. In his legal role, Rich has overseen twelve acquisitions and divestitures in the gaming sector with an aggregate value of over $13 billion, including taking Station Casinos private in 2007 and successfully restructuring the company in 2011.

Rich is a 1990 graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law.




Kevin Kelley is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Vice President of Station Casinos LLC, one the largest gaming companies in the U.S. and the leading provider of gaming and entertainment to the local residents of Southern Nevada.

Kevin is a 30-plus year veteran of the gaming industry, and in his current role as COO, he oversees all aspects of the Company's operations, including 18 hotel and casino properties as well as the corporate marketing, advertising, entertainment, human resources, meeting and convention sales, information technology, hotel and food and beverage divisions.

Kevin joined Station Casinos, Inc. in 1993 and for the next decade served in various leadership roles within the Company, including president of Westside Operations, overseeing five hotel/casino properties. In 2004, Kevin left the Company to join the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, where he served as President and COO from 2004-2007. In 2007, Kevin joined the Las Vegas Sands Corp as Senior Vice President in charge of their operations in Macau. Kevin returned to Station Casinos in January 2008 in the role of COO. Prior to serving in management positions, Kevin worked in nearly every aspect of gaming and hotel operations, including casino marketing, food and beverage, dealer and valet attendant.




Scott Nielson is an Executive Vice President and the Chief Development Officer of Station Casinos LLC. Scott has spent the past 18 years serving in various roles at Station. Prior to being named Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In his current position, Scott is in charge of Station Casinos' development activities, government affairs, regulatory compliance and public relations. With 18 casinos in Southern Nevada, Station Casinos is the leading provider of gaming and entertainment to Las Vegas area residents. Station Casinos is also one of the largest providers of gaming development and management services to Native American tribes.

Prior to joining Station Casinos in 1991, Scott was a partner in the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck (formerly, Schreck, Jones, Bernhard, Woloson & Godfrey) in Las Vegas, Nevada. While in private practice, he specialized in administrative law, practicing primarily in the areas of gaming law and land use planning and zoning. Scott is a member of the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and the Nevada Resort Association. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Nevada State Bar and the Clark County Bar Association.

Scott is also active in numerous community charitable organizations and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Opportunity Village Foundation, Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Chapter of the I Have a Dream Foundation, and Advisory Board of the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic at the Boyd School of Law.

Scott is a 1980 Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in Business Management and a 1983 graduate of the University of Utah College of Law.




Tobin Prior is currently President of the International Division of Fertitta Entertainment LLC. Tobin joined the company in 2010 and is responsible for seeking new development opportunities for the company outside of the US. Tobin has extensive experience in the international tourism and gaming industry and has held senior executive level positions in the integrated destination resort industry in multiple jurisdictions around the world, including Southern Africa, the Indian Ocean Islands, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom and North Africa.

Prior to Fertitta Entertainment, Tobin was President of the International Gaming Division for Kerzner International, working extensively with partners, regulators, authorities and agencies in developing and assessing gaming opportunities across the world. Tobin was responsible for the development and opening of the new Mazagan Beach Resort & Casino in Morocco. Tobin was also responsible for setting up a dedicated division for the entry of the company into the interactive gambling market, developing many systems, procedures and practices which met U.S. (New Jersey) regulatory standards and have been adopted as benchmarks throughout the industry.

Tobin was invited to address the Gamcare Conference in October 2005 on responsible gambling. He is one of very few to have been invited to address the International Association of Gaming Regulators on the practical issues of regulating internet gambling. Tobin was a member of the Steering Committee of the Office of the Deputy Prime Ministers Casinos/Use Class Order Review working group. He was a founding trustee of The Sports Trust in South Africa and remains involved with various charities in this region.

Tobin graduated with a Business Science Degree and Economic honors from Cape Town University.




Nakisa Bidarian is currently Senior Vice President of Investment and Strategy for both Fertitta Entertainment LLC and Zuffa LLC, the parent of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Nakisa joined Fertitta Entertainment in 2011. Prior to joining Fertitta Entertainment, Nakisa was a Senior Manager of Acquisitions and Investment Management with Mubadala Development Company, where he was focused on the firms international real estate investments and asset management. At Mubadala Development Company, Nakisa held numerous positions of increasing responsibility and served on several corporate boards and investment committees. Prior to joining Mubadala, Nakisa held positions with Morgan Stanley Investment Banking and Citigroup Investment Banking. During his tenure in those roles, Nakisa was involved in the execution and/or management of transactions valued at over $29 billion. Nakisa started his career at Accenture, where he advised global financial institutions on strategic financial and performance management.

Nakisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and with a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.




Scott Kreeger holds the title of Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations for Station Casinos LLC, where he is responsible for all technology initiatives and operations, including the development of a world class CRM structure. Additionally, he is responsible for Corporate Marketing, Advertising and Player Development, which includes Property-level Marketing and Promotion, Corporate-level Advertising, Interactive Marketing, Data Base Marketing, Loyalty Club and Data Governance. Scott joined Station Casinos in 1999 and held VP and General Manager Positions at several Station Casinos properties, including Green Valley Ranch Resort and Red Rock Resort. Prior to joining Station Casinos, Scott held numerous senior gaming operations and marketing positions with MGM/Mirage for 10 years.

Scott graduated from the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.




Mike Sloan holds the title of Senior Vice President of Government Relations and is responsible for local, state, and federal government relations, public relations and all legislative activities involving Fertitta Entertainment LLC or Station Casinos LLC.

Mike has lived in Las Vegas since 1957 and is a graduate of the University of Las Vegas and George Washington University Law School. Before attending law school he was a reporter for the Las Vegas Review Journal and Press Secretary to the U.S. Senator Alan Bible. Mike served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel with Mandalay Resort Group (formerly Circus Circus Enterprises) for 20 years as well as serving for many years on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Resort Association, including a four-year term as Chairman. Prior to joining the company, he provided gaming and government-relations consulting services for some of Nevada's largest gaming companies.

Mike was elected Las Vegas City Attorney in 1977 and twice appointed to Nevada State Senate.




Joe Haley is currently Vice President of Design and Construction for Fertitta Entertainment LLC. Joe's responsibilities include all Design and Construction activities, policies and procedures for the company, including all "Green Field" Construction Projects, Remodels and Expansions, and Facility Capital Improvements. His duties include overseeing all project Budgeting, Scheduling, Design, Construction, Hard FF&E Purchasing and overall Project Cost Management. Joe worked for Perini Building Company and Perini International for 17 years in various capacities, including an Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, and Regional Supervisor. Joe has been with Station Casinos since 2004. Projects with Station Casinos include Red Rock Resort, Aliante Station, Green Valley Ranch Resort, Thunder Valley Resort and Gun Lake Casino. Las Vegas Projects with Perini include Stratosphere Tower, Polo Towers, Caesar's Palace, Bally's, Luxor, Green Valley Ranch Resort, Showboat, Harrah's and Bank One Ball Park in Phoenix. Tribal projects include Thunder Valley Resort, Pala Casino, Chumash Casino, Red Hawk Casino and Gun Lake Casino. International projects include work in Morocco, Venezuela, Egypt, Zaire and Djibouti.

Joe graduated with a Bachelor in Architecture from the University of Virginia.




Joleen Legakes is Vice President of Finance and is responsible for strategic planning, financial and operational analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, asset valuation, acquisitions and financing.

Joleen has 16 years experience in the entertainment industry. Prior to joining the company, she spent nine years at Station Casinos, Inc. where she last served as Vice President of Corporate Finance. During her tenure at Station Casinos, Inc., Joleen held several positions in operations and finance, including Vice President of Operational Analysis. Prior to joining Station Casinos, Inc., Joleen held various operational, finance and accounting positions at Caesars Entertainment and for the international public accounting firm, Arthur Andersen.

Joleen is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She graduated with a Business degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
